Do I need a reservation?

No. The Apothecary Spookeasy is walk-in only. We do not take standard reservations.

Come as you are, whenever we’re open. Seating is first come, first served.

How long will I wait, and how long can I stay?

Fridays and Saturdays after dark are our busiest hours. Weeknights and Sunday afternoons are the easiest walk-ins.

During our busiest times we reserve the right to limit visits to two hours so more guests get a turn in the room.

We can’t guarantee immediate seating for a large party, but knowing you’re coming lets us do our best for you.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes. This is not a 21+ only experience, and well-behaved children are welcome with their party.

A few practical notes:

• No high chairs or booster seats.
• The space cannot accommodate strollers.
• Children must sit safely in a standard chair and stay with their party.

Do I need my ID for a mocktail?

Yes. Our cocktail program is designed for adults. Every Spookeasy cocktail — including the spirit-free ones — is served only to guests 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID.

No ID, no cocktail. No exceptions.

Is there food?

Confirm Is BTW’s full food menu available during the pop-up? Is there a themed food or dessert menu this season?

Kitchen closes 20 minutes before closing time.

Can we sit outside?

Spookeasy service is indoors only. The room is the experience.

Patio seating is available through BTW, but we can’t serve the Spookeasy menu out there. If you want the cocktails, plan to sit inside.

Is it actually scary?

It’s theatrical, not terrifying. Expect a dark, candlelit, heavily decorated room — an immersive cocktail setting rather than a standard bar visit.

Confirm Any actors, animatronics, jump scares, fog, or strobe lighting? Guests with photosensitivity ask this constantly.

The room is dimly lit throughout. Bring your phone light if you need to read a menu.

What should I wear?

There is no formal dress code. Costumes, witchy attire, and full theatrical get-ups are always welcome — but never required.

Come as you are, or as something far worse.

Can I take photos?

Yes, and we love it. Please be mindful of other guests.

• Flash photography, tripods, and blocking walkways may not be permitted.
• Please treat all décor, props, and installations with care.

Confirm Professional or paid shoots — allowed, by arrangement, or not at all?

I have an allergy or dietary restriction.

Tell your server before you order and we’ll steer you right.

Our cocktails may include house-made syrups, juices, citrus, herbs, spices, dairy, egg white, and other unusual ingredients. The menu changes with the season and the story, so ask every visit.

How can I pay?

We accept cash and most major credit cards.

A 20% gratuity may be added to parties of six or more.

Where do I park?

Confirm Which lots, whether street parking is free, where the overflow is on a busy Saturday, and walking distance.

Is the space accessible?

Confirm Step-free entry, restroom access, and how much clearance is left once the Spookeasy build-out is in.

Can I bring my dog?

Confirm Dogs on the patio, and how you want to word the service-animal policy.

Can I book the Spookeasy for a party?

Confirm Do you take buyouts or private bookings during the run? Minimum spend and contact.
